Any natural person or legal entity of private or public law wishing to make a purchase via the website of the seller

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
These general conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between the Seller and the Customer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Seller’s merchant website, whether the Customer is a professional or a consumer.
Acquisition of a product through this site implies full acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions. These will prevail over any other general or specific conditions of the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to modify at any time these general conditions, it being specified that the conditions applicable to the Customer will be those in force at the date of its order on the site of the Seller.
ARTICLE 2: DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS
The products offered are presented on the site of the Seller. The photographs, possibly including the presentation of the products, are as faithful as possible but can not ensure a perfect similarity with the proposed product and present, in some cases, suggestions for presentation of which all the elements constituting the photographs are not systematically proposed on sale.
The products are supplied within the limit of available stocks.
ARTICLE 3: PRICES
The prices indicated by the Seller at the time of the order are denominated in Euros TTC, according to the VAT at the rate in force on the day of the order. Any change in rate shall be passed on to the prices of the products offered without delay.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but it is understood that the prices presented on the Seller’s website on the day of the order will be applicable only to the Customer.
The prices indicated include the processing fee of the order. Transportation and delivery costs will be determined according to the geographical areas chosen.
The sales price is due when ordering [Check, Paypal]. A paper invoice showing the VAT will be sent by the Seller to the Customer upon request of the latter addressed to the Seller.
ARTICLE 4: ORDERING PROCESS AND PAYMENT
The Customer wishing to place an order on the Seller’s website must:
– identify yourself by providing accurate and up-to-date contact information (delivery address, billing address, name and surname, e-mail address, bank details, etc.)
– fill in the online order form giving all the references of the selected products,
– validate its order after having verified it,
– Confirm your order and payment in the conditions provided either via Paypal or by check addressed to Domaine Castel-Sablons, Le bourg 17520 SAINT-MAIGRIN
The Seller shall notify the Customer by e-mail without delay of the confirmation of the registered order.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation are proof of the transaction.
The Vendor will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy, in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code. Seller’s computerized records shall be considered by the Parties as evidence of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the Parties.
The transaction via Paypal is secured and in no way the Seller keeps bank information about the Customer.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
The online sale of the products presented on the Seller’s website is limited and reserved for Customers resident in France and for deliveries required in these geographical areas. Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form by the Customer.
The delivery time in metropolitan France is 72 hours maximum once the payment received by the seller.
Shipping costs will be calculated for any destination outside of France.ARTICLE 6: GUARANTEE
All the products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
