Our range of cooking alcohols (cognac, armagnac, rum) includes products modified with pepper, salt and vanilla, as well as modifiable ones (without additive), exempt from alcohol tax in certain markets, where they are purchased and used by restaurant professionals and food preparation companies. If you wish to use these products exempt of tax, you need to contact your customs office to ask for a user number.
