Domaine Castel-Sablons was the first enterprise to commerciale 'Brulot-Charentais' in 1985. A few years later we have christened it "La Flamme des Anges" ("the angels' flame"). We will let you into the secret of this tasty Cognac flambed coffee, a specilality of our region. Imagine a syrupy reduction, low in alcohol (2-3% alcohol), tasting of fruit jam(pear, prune, apricot), which you pour into your coffee.
