At Domaine Castel-Sablons, our wine-making and distilling expertise can be traced back through several generations.

We are an authentic Cognac house, keen to preserve our traditional character and heritage. We are situated in the heart of the 'Fins Bois' area, famous for the quality and finesse of its Cognac.

We try to innovate yet we never compromise our quest for perfection. Our range provides a wide array of flavours: powerful, robust flavours of young Cognac; subtle harmonising perfumes of mature Cognac, and the softness and 'fruitiness' of our Pineaux des Charentes.

In addition to our range of Cognacs and Pineaux, we are well known in the region as producers of Brulot Charentais (our 'La Flamme des Anges') a traditional, local, flaming speciality of Cognac and coffee.
